Three Green Ants

This watercolor is from a little over a year ago, but I may be running out of new things to post! Need to look again.

I had written a long post about this, but feel too shy to share too much right now. Suffice it to say that I am in a vastly better place than I was at this time about a year ago. It’s a healing process that I’m not done with, but what has helped me immensely began last July with prayer and “surrender”. There are other things I’ve done since then that have helped, too, and the key one for me, which I highly recommend, is taking time for stillness or silence every day. Peace to all. M
